Shelly Hutton, Director of Care Management Support for CareSource services
and the current coordinator of our Health Care Home pilot program will
discuss the program, and its findings from the past 10 months.

Asthma Coalition Updates
The Steering Committee and Chair, Dawn Bolyard, will give highlights of the
activities of the coalition and time will be available at the end of the meeting for
committee meetings if desired.

Ohio Asthma Education and Research Conference
October 8, 2010
The Ohio Asthma Coalition announces its third biennial conference to be held at the OSU Fawcett Center on October 8, 2010. This exciting meeting will feature Dr. Mike McGeehin, CDC's point person for studies on climate change. He will address Climate Change and Health, particularly asthma.
The meeting is divided into four tracks so that attendees can sample different areas or stay focused in one of the tracks. This conference is the most ambitious for the coalition to date and will set new standards as being THE Ohio Asthma Conference to attend. Be sure to register early!
